We require a range of information about you as a private investor. The entered data and documents will be used to generate the investment agreement. All responses will appear as Appendix 1 to the Investment Agreement.

Longship Invest ApS aims to meet the requirements set forth by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and applicable regulations for typical financial enterprises.

We collaborate with Coinify for the exchange of cryptocurrency and anti-money laundering procedures. We transfer some of the entered information to Coinify ApS. This process is encrypted.

You will need to upload a passport or valid ID during this registration process.

You are 100% liable to file your own taxes.

I hereby declare that I understand and accept that Longship Invest ApS will create a profile with the company Coinify ApS on my behalf, for the purpose of registering me as a customer with Coinify ApS. I am aware that Longship Invest ApS will securely store my login information in encrypted form until my profile with Coinify is created, after which my password will be automatically deleted by Longship Invest ApS. Since your password is encrypted, it is not accessible to ordinary employees of Longship Invest ApS. Learn more about your rights regarding your personal data in our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions, which will automatically become part of the Investment Agreement once the registration is completed. The Investment Agreement includes all the information and declarations we collect during the registration process, which will be appended as Annex 1.
