Last week, we attended the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) update at Plesner in Copenhagen, where we received confirmation that we comply with the new requirements set to take effect from the summer of 2024. These requirements include general security obligations such as:
- Providing risk warnings for investments
- Protecting private keys
- Maintaining separate accounts for all customers
- Ensuring constant visibility of your investment position (which you have in your private dashboard)
- KYC identity verification
- Swift movement of customer funds with third parties (Coinify)
