Partner wanted
We are looking for a legal partner to join our team. You will be responsible for keeping up with cryptocurrency legislation in Denmark and the EU, as well as ensuring that our contracts and forms are written correctly and in compliance with Danish law.
Cyroinvest is a startup company that specializes in B2B cryptocurrency investments and automated trading. We are based at Copenhagen Fintech Lab in Christianshavn, but we primarily work online.
We have increased our customers’ investments by over 100% in the past 12 months! We believe that entrepreneurship and significant growth potential are common threads among us.
Partner at Cyroinvest
As a legal partner at Cyroinvest, you will work closely with the entire team, which consists of two developers, a salesperson, and a director. We work on Cyroinvest in our spare time and all have other jobs alongside it. Our communication and collaboration mainly take place through evening meetings.
We are selling 10% of the company to a prospective partner. The price is negotiable and depends on what you bring to the table.
It is expected that you will dedicate 5-10 hours per week to work at Cyroinvest, leaving room for other paid work on the side.
Responsibilities:
Legislation regarding cryptocurrency in Denmark and the EU, including the upcoming MICA legislation Drafting contracts and legal documents Compliance GDPR, AML and KYC.
About you
You have a law degree (cand.jur.) and a passion for entrepreneurship. You are ready to take responsibility for the entire process surrounding legal tasks and are willing to tackle other related tasks as needed. Additionally, we expect you to have an interest in cryptocurrency and be proficient in both verbal and written communication. It’s a plus but not a requirement if you have previous experience as a self-employed individual.
